Help Transform Lives with Music at Cheeky Fest!
My name is Rupert Cheek, and music is my first language. As a child, I struggled to speak, and speech therapy didn't help me. But everything changed when I discovered music therapy through Nordoff and Robbins. Music gave me a voice, a way to communicate and express myself.
Years later, after surviving a life-altering accident, I realized it was my turn to give back. With the support of friends, strangers, and the healing power of music, I founded Cheeky Fest. This isn't just an event; it's a movement to harness the transformative power of the arts to help those facing mental health challenges, isolation, and hardship.
Your support will directly benefit Nordoff and Robbins, the UK's leading music therapy organization. Your donation will help provide music therapy sessions, train therapists, and acquire essential musical instruments. Join us on Thursday, August 29th, at the Ram Jam (part of / behind the Grey Horse pub) in Kingston Upon Thames for the inaugural Cheeky Fest: cheekyfest.live

Why Your Contribution Matters
Music therapy is an evidence-based practice that uses music to address the physical, emotional, cognitive, and social needs of individuals. From children with autism to adults with dementia, music therapy has proven to enhance the quality of life across various populations.
Communication & Expression: Music therapy offers individuals alternative ways to express themselves, breaking down barriers caused by illness, disability, or social isolation.
Confidence & Connection: Engaging in music boosts confidence and fosters meaningful connections, positively impacting mental health and well-being.
Cognitive & Physical Development: In some cases, music therapy aids cognitive function, coordination, speech, and physical development.
How Your Contribution Helps
£ 15 could maintain the instruments we use in music therapy
£ 50 could go towards funding one music therapy session
£ 100 could go towards a full set of instruments at a school
